Abstract

Information technology continues to innovate and has the opportunity to grow further. One of the developments in information technology can be used as a means of performance evaluation is the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method. The assessment technique in this study is based on an assessment technique with a weighting assessment rule with a percentage distribution and a clearer weighting assessment rule. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Super Decision Software methods can be used to assess the performance of lecturers at the University. Lecturer performance appraisal process consists of several assessment criteria namely Pedagogy, Professional, Personality, and Social. The method used in sampling is a purposive sample (intentionally) with the best 5 to 10 lecturers that will be assessed by students. Respondents in this case students were taken randomly. Lecturer performance is weighted to produce a percentage for lecturer performance appraisal. This research resulted in a system in the form of percentage assessment or performance ranking of lecturers, this needs to be done so that research can produce an optimal decision that can be used as a decision support system as an assessment of the performance of lecturers at the university.Keywords: decision support system, analytical network process (ANP), lecturer.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages PT. Zalfa Mandiri to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes that occur. PT. Zalfa Mandiri as distribution a pharmaceutical company is aware that the conventional operational-based processes that occur at the moment have many obstacles that cause lost control of products that can affect stock taking and reporting processes. Based on these problems researchers want to provide solutions to PT. Zalfa Mandiri by designing a system that can help in managing pharmaceutical product inventory. In this system design process, researchers use a prototype method which is an approach in software engineering, so that in this study a system design can be produced that can be considered by PT. Abstract

CV. Puppet house is a small and medium-sized industrial enterprise and manufactures in producing doll house with wood base material. The purpose of this study is to know the kind of wasted production time on each production process at CV. Puppet house and give repair suggestions so as to increase the productivity of puppet house production time. This study uses a quantitative approach with the processing time of each workstation. This study uses a lean approach with tools value stream mapping (VSM), at the beginning of the study, drawing a current state mapping obtained from observations on puppets CV, then from the image was identified problem of each production process. Then analyze the problem using line balancing to level the cycle time, fishbone diagram to find out the factors causing the problem of the production of puppets and the introduction of waste on each production process. In the current state mapping the spend time of 1418.76 with 10 day lead time. After calculating and equating cycle time by using line balancing. Based on the analysis, there are several causes that can cause waste among others: delay of raw material arrival, physical factors of workers, workers who do not follow the work standards determined by the puppets and movements that are not required but performed by the workers. The proposed repair can be given to the CV of these puppets is to communicate well with the supplier, to conduct training once every 3 months to the employees, providing a special place for storage of raw materials and semi-finished materials and do not turn on television while working.Keywords: Lean Manufacturing, Waste, Value Stream Mapping, Lead Time, Fshbone Diagram, CV. Abstract

The electronic circuit engineering learning processes generally requires specific infrastructures which sometimes constrained to cost factors in the procurement. Circuit simulator could be an alternative as electronic circuit engineering learning tool. Architectural simulation provides designers the ability to quickly examine a wide variety of design choices. The recent trend in system design toward architectures that react to circuit-level phenomena has outstripped the capabilities of traditional cycle-based architectural simulators. In this paper, a simulator that incorporates a circuit modeling capability, permitting architectural-level simulations that react to circuit characteristics (such as latency, energy, power brightness, or current draw) on a cycle-by-cycle basis is presented. As for learning purpose, circuit template and pre-built circuits for many categories are provided. The environment enables process visualization and simulation of analog and digital circuits. The system enables the creation of many laboratory exercises, which offer students opportunities to follow visually characteristic processes in analog and digital circuits. At this research, Rational Unified Process (RUP) software process model and Object Oriented Programming (OOP) are implemented.Keywords: architectural simulation, circuit simulation, learning, RUP, OOP

Abstract

Abstrak. Dengan semakin berkembangnya dunia programming yang semakin hari semakin cepat dengan mengandalkan beberapa konsep model dan metode yang beragam, maka kebutuhan sistem pun semakin menuntut seorang pengembang sistem untuk bekerja cepat dalam mendesain, membangun prototipe, dan merancang seluruh kebutuhan sistem yang ada. Beragam jenis alat pendukung dalam membantu pengembang dalam mengembangkan sistem, bahkan saat ini sudah banyak dan memang semua dibuat sesuai kebutuhan sistem yang ada. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, maka tujuan dan manfaat konsep No Programming menjadi solusi saat ini dalam menjawab kebutuhan sistem yang akan di bangun. Konsep ini mengadopsi metode cepat, praktis, interaktif dan powerfull dalam mendesain dan mengembangkan sebuah sistem aplikasi berbasis wireframe. Penelitian ini di bangun dengan sebuah metode konsep No Programming berbasis wireframe dan prototype dalam mengimplementasikan dan membangun aplikasi sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini diyakini dapat menyelesaikan seluruh pengembangan sistem sesuai kebutuhan sistem yang ada dengan cepat. Kata Kunci: no programming, wireframe, prototyping, aplikasi sistem

Abstract

Research has been done with the title the effect of irradiation electromagnetic wave on the growth of green beans. This research has been done by taking data in the form of the height of green beans stems. The method used in this study is direct observation of the growth of green beans stems. The irradiation of the growth of green beans stems is divided into three types, with sunlight, mobile flashlight, and without irradiation. The results of the study showed that the growth of green beans stems irradiated by mobile flashlights was higher than the growth of green beans stems irradiated by sunlight. However, the green beans stems irradiated by the mobile flashlight are paler and easily shaky compared with the green beans that are irradiated by sunlight which looks fresher and sturdier. On the other hand, green beans that are not given irradiated, only grow a little buds and do not grow.Keywords: Vigna radiata, electromagnetic wave, sunlight, and mobile phone flashlight

Abstract

Sistem berbasis web menggunakan mikrokontroler AT89s51 adalah sebuah rangkaian elektronika yang disupport dengan aplikasi teknologi informatika karena menggunakan beberapa aplikasi komputer untuk menjalankannya. Permasalahan yang terjadi disebabkan tarif listrik yang semakin tahun semakin meningkat dan kurang telitinya pemakai listrik dalam pemanfaatan listrik, maka dibuat sebuah sistem yang dapat memonitor sekaligus mengendalikan arus listrik secara jarak jauh dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet menggunakan website, dan mengurangi dampak negatif dari kecerobohan manusia. Hasil penerapan aplikasi website sebagai media utama pada uji coba sistem dalam proses pengiriman data berfungsi dengan baik dan membantu user dalam mengontrol serta mengendalikan arus listrik tanpa harus berada dirumah.

Abstract

Education is one of the components of life that can support the success of a person towards life that much better again. Especially for the children that are in the scope of the age of compulsory education. but not all children can attend compulsory education, because several factors cause, one of which is the issue of tuition fees. To cope with the existing problems, then a standalone compiled Bina Bangsa School programs Help Fund education for students who are considered less capable in economic strata. In this study, the author uses the classification Algorithm Datamining Algorithm C4.5 to predict students in obtaining the help of the EducationFund. Sample data are drawn from the Upper secondary school (HIGH SCHOOL) Selfsustaining Bina Bangsa (BBM) that located in Kecamatan Gunungputri Kab. Bogor. From the results of testing and Validation of tests used Cros Confusion Matrix and ROC Curves. The results obtained for the value of Accuracy Algorithm C 4.5 is 98.80%, a value for the Precision of 98.02%, and the value for Sensitivity or Recall of 99.00%. Thus the algorithm C 4.5 is the best techniques and algorithms to predict Students in obtaining the help of the Education Fund. Abstract

Kudus is a district in the province of Central Java. The capital of this district is the City of Kudus, located on the northeast coastline of Central Java between the City of Semarang and the City of Surabaya. The city is about 51 kilometers from the east side of the city of Semarang, Kudus gets a large village fund allocation, the allocation of funds transferred to the village government to support village development in 2017 reached Rp 219.89 billion. The urgency of this study is based on the problems that arise in its use based on the survey including Error mechanism, Not according to plan or unclear allocation, Not according to Guidelines, Guidelines, technical guidelines (especially procurement of goods and services), Administration of financial statements: (Markup and markdown, double counting), Reduction of Village Fund allocations, for example, village funds are used as assets of village heads and tools for personal gain, cannot be held accountable for their use, asset misappropriation: Sale or swap of Kas Desa Village, Rental of Village Cash Land which is not his right. All these problems can be anticipated by presenting good and transparent information with the information system for using village funds (SIMDANDES), the approach method used is a waterfall, for this reason, a Transparency Information System for village fund use (SIMDANDES) is needed for village fund management Gondangmanis Kec. Kab. Kab. Kab. Abstract

A study for delineating geothermal system of prospect area “P” has been done by using multi-dimensional modeling of magnetotelluric data. Physiographycally, geothermal prospect of “P” area is located at non-volcanic Banda inner arc hosted by Malihan Sekis rock complex with Perm-Trias age. The existance of geothermal system in this area is indicated by the presence of thermal manifestations in form of 6 chloride-bicarbonate hot springs with temperature in the the range of 37-67oC, and pH of 6-7. The development of geothermal system is most probably associated with strong tectonic activity caused by the collision between Seram island plate and Australian plate that ignite the occurence of intrussive body as heat source. In order to know the subsurface information of prospect area, magnetotelluric (MT) survey has been done. The processing of MT data was started from time-series data, continued by noise filtering, rotation of strike orientation and static shift correction to obtain better MT curve. The data were then being inversed by means of 1-Dimensional, 2-Dimensional and 3-Dimensional inversion methods. Reservoir temperature is estimated to be around 160-180 oC and classified as moderate temperature. The result of MT data inversions shows the presence of conductive layer (<15 ?m) with 500-1000 m thickness that is interpreted as clay cap og geothermal system. High resistivity zone (>300 ?m) with updome shape appears underneath the manifestations occurence (MAP1, MAP2, MAP4, and MAP5), indicating that the heat source is located in northern part and elongate to souteast direction. The conceptual model of geothermal system was built based on integrated interpretation of geological, geochemical and geophysical data. The prospect area and recommendation of drilling location is estimated to be ± 3 km2 around upflow zone.Keywords: Prospect zone, geothermal system, magnetotelluric method, multi-dimension modeling
